Trentham is based on an English hand block print originally produced in 1844 at the Bannister Hall Printworks of Lancashire. This historic floral became a part of the Lee Jofa collection in 1981 and has been reintroduced as a cotton print with a chintz finish. The pattern's graceful bower is abundant with peonies, lilacs, morning glories and lilies. Sophisticated and liveable, this gardener's fantasy is elegantly rendered and thoughtfully colored in soft, pretty palettes.
