Processing Times
Many of our products—especially fabrics and wallpaper—are cut to order. Because of this, processing times may vary.
Please allow additional time for these items to be prepared before they ship.
Products sourced from overseas manufacturers may require extended processing times due to international production and transit schedules.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, the average shipping timeframe is:

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, production time, and the destination of your order. Delays related to customs, carrier schedules, or international transit are possible and outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and location of the supplier. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
