Fabrics & Wallpaper
All fabric and wallpaper sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or you receive the incorrect product.
If you believe your order is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product so we can assist you promptly.
Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Home Accessories
Home accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
